Projection of a tormented mind

20 year old Christian Hopkins is suffering from depression. Not just the Monday blues type, but major, excruciatingly debilitating depression. He is not pathetic or attention seeking or even neurotic. He is simply a dude trying to cope with the torment of everyday life.
What makes this guy special?
His coping mechanism.
Christian is a photographer who uses his images to express his feelings. It’s as if he is trying to project his thoughts onto an external medium and in doing so, might erase them from his mind.
